The center point of your sacred connection where healing, transformation, and creation of your dreams happens. The Lakota refer to this as the Cangleska Wakan, or "Sacred Hoop," the Medicine Wheel that connects you to Spirit, Mother Earth, Father Sky. Surrounded by the four directions of the elements that become your medicine for growth. As you deepen this relationship you are able to enter the cave of darkness but also come out into the light bringing more balance, love, and peace to self and to all.
