Tea ceremony is a beautiful way to honor this calling and experience the messages that plants bring to us. You will sit with an organic blend of rose, blue lotus flower, jasmine, and mugwort. Lisa will take you through a tea ceremony that will naturally drop you into your senses, allow for stillness, connection, and peace. Followed by a sound activation with soft vocals and healing sounds.
