FLORAL BATH & SAUNA
Lisa holds a sacred container for women to experience the ancient practice of spiritual bathing, infused with the healing benefits of the sacred plants and divine intentions to cleanse your soul and release emotional barriers. Lisa will bring in healing and guidance as you submerge your hands in soothing floral water to wash away unwanted energies, find a sense of calm and grounding. Followed by an optional infrared sauna session to elevate the purification process that will leave you feeling grounded and balanced.

PERSONAL TEA CEREMONY & SOUND HEALING
Nourishing Tea Ceremony. A moment of tranquility and renewal. To be present with serenity and stillness as you connect with both yourself and Mother Earth. We will start with a sacred tea blend to awaken your heart and soul, opening up space for personal energy healing, followed by the soothing sounds of the White Buffalo Calf Woman chalice, rose gong, and crystal sound bowls that will transport you to a place of inner peace.

WOMEN'S INFRARED SAUNA SESSION

From reducing stress to boosting circulation and aiding in detoxification, infrared sauna offers many health benefits that will leave you feeling revitalized.

HOUSE/SPACE CLEARING
The space that we occupy holds energy that can become stagnant or hold lower frequencies that can become disruptive to our dwellings and flow. To bring this back into balance Lisa offers home and office clearings. Lisa will feel into the energies of the space and use a clearing practice that aligns the energies of the land and the dwelling bringing the space back into flow.
